Week three done & dusted 🙂 I must say I found it hard this week to stop picking on sweets like chocolate and crisps, especially at night! But I tried my best and so the last two days before my weigh in I stuck to the SP diet with slimming world. This basically is just when you only eat your free foods that have either S (speed) or P (protein) along with 1 HEA & 2 HEB and of course you still have 15 syns to use if you like 🙂 they say to do the SP Diet once or twice a week if you feel you need a boost on your weight loss or if you’ve been bold and need to make up for it lol like me!
I’ve changed my weigh in day from Wednesday to Saturday because I’ve been thinking… When I weigh in on Saturday, if I want to have a treat or a drink atleast I can have it that night which is the weekend and I have the rest of the week then to do damage control lol and be good to reach my weekly goals 🙂 so I weighed in Saturday gone and I was hoping to loose 4 pounds but I lost 3, which I’m happy with 🙂 it’s one pound of my goal for the week but sure atleast I’m loosing👌🏻 My overall goal is to loose 50 pounds which I know sounds a lot but thats like my dream goal I guess you could call it, I might Aswel go hard or go home, that breaks down to 3 and a half stone! I’m currently down 7.5 pounds now so I have 42.5 pounds left to go!
Now for this weeks goal I’m aiming again for a 4 pound loss 👌🏻 fingers crossed I make it this time!
